We’re looking for men and women who feel called to walk alongside young athletes—not just to coach performance, but to mentor the person behind the jersey.
As a mentor, you’ll support athletes through consistency, leadership, discipline, and life transitions—helping them navigate pressure, identity, and growth both during their playing years and long after the sport ends. This is one-on-one, intentional work rooted in showing up, listening, and guiding with purpose.

A simple way to share the mission
Our Referral Program is for individuals who believe in Beyond the Jersey and want to help connect athletes and families to the support they need.
When you refer someone to Beyond the Jersey and they enroll, you receive a one-time referral fee as a thank-you for opening the door. There’s no ongoing responsibility, just sharing a program you believe in and helping us reach more athletes.
This is perfect for parents, coaches, community members, or friends who love the mission and want to support it in a simple, meaningful way.
Lead the mission locally
Our Area Directors are leaders who take ownership of growing Beyond the Jersey within their community. This role is for men and women who are passionate about mentorship, leadership, and building something that truly impacts young athletes.
As an Area Director, you help represent Beyond the Jersey in your region, connecting with athletes, families, schools, teams, and local partners. You’ll help promote and sell the full range of Beyond the Jersey offerings, support mentors in your area, and play a key role in expanding the program with integrity and consistency.
This is more than a sales role, it’s leadership. Area Directors earn income while building community, creating opportunity for athletes, and helping carry the vision of Beyond the Jersey forward.
